controller shows the play bar as a question mark

I have the play bar, sub, and two play1's set up as surround system to my Panasonic Viera. All of a sudden the system shows in the living room only the following: "+?+LS+RS". Where is my Playbar and sub?

Hi Wendell, 

this sounds like the PLAYBAR has trouble communication with the rest of your setup. 

Have you tried changing the wireless channel to see if that improves?

Also, could you please submit a system diagnostics and reply to this with the confirmation number?

I am having the same issue. The playbar is showing up as a question mark. I submitted diagnostics and the con number is 8237313.

My problem is similar but the play bar remains connected but one of my surrounds now appears with a ?

My problem is fixed now. I unplugged the play bar, waited 30 secs, plugged back in. Works great.
