I have been unable to get my Tivo Bolt remote to control my Sonos Arc volume/mute functions. I have unsuccessfully tried solutions for the Playbar. Any help would be welcomed. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to Sonos Community.
First and foremost the remote control that you need to use should be set up to an infrared remote, all home theater speakers in Sonos should be compatible with IR remote.
Looking at Google you can try to do the following to convert RF to IR remote.
To enter IR mode, press and hold the TiVo+Red C buttons until the activity indicator on the remote control lights. The remote remains in IR mode until you enter the key combination that puts the remote into RF mode.
