Connect spdif and hdmi to beam
Does anyone know if you can connect the TV to the HDMI of the Beam and a record player (through a convertor) to the spdif and use both (not at the same time of course)?

Never mind, found the answer. The spdif plugs into the hdmi so you cant connect both at the same time.

+9Are you set on using HDMI from the TV? If you can get away with using SPDIF from the TV you can buy an SPDIF switch. I have a switch for my setup and it works well.
