I want to connect my PS4 slim directly to the Sonos Beam, because my TV has no hdmi arc. Is this possible by using a 1 to 2 hdmi splitter and connecting the first hdmi cable to the tv and the second one to the beam?

I haven't seen any splitters out there that support an ARC on HDMI, so not in that fashion. However, you could get a splitter that supports an optical output and use the optical cable to connect it to your Beam, I'd think.
If your TV does not support HDMI ARC, Sonos supplies an HDMI to optical adapter so you can use the optical out on the TV.
