I am trying to setup my arc with the sub gen 3 and 2 sonos one SL. For some reason I cannot setup one of the sonos One SL and always get the same error message:

I have already a few sonos product properly setup in my network, any idea what can cause this?

I’d try setting up the Ones as a stereo pair first, then try adding them as surrounds.…

If they’re already a stereo pair, then I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes getting that error, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, there are more options available beyond just the diagnostic analysis.
