Can't Hear Rear Speakers with TV Connection

I just set up the PLAYBAR, SUB and PLAY5 and it works great for music but can't get it to work on the TV settings. My TV is a Samsung Samsung Smart TV model UN75H6300AF. Gone through the audio settings on the TV but no changes that I have made seemed to work. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! :?

Go into your app ,go to settings then about my sonos and this will tell you if the programme you are watching is being broad cast in stereo or 5.1. If you are watching a film depending on channel it will probably be 5.1 ,if you are watching most tv programmes they are in stereo so no sound through the rears . Also check your tv settings you have it set to output DD not dts or stereo . You can also go into your setttings in your app and turn your rear speakers up .
