Hi.I have a beam gen 1+2 one gen 1=sub gen 2.
It will be a diference if ai put the one s as rear speakers and add 2 sonos one in front,or is it better to buy 2 sonos play 3 to put them as front speakers.

You cannot put extra speakers in front. The Beam already has the front left/center/right speakers in a single enclosure.

Play 3s are no longer available new from Sonos so you’d need to go with used ones.
What you can do is add the Play 3s as a new Sonos Room, place them where you will in your room, and then either use them directly or Group them with your other Sonos Room to play streaming sources in perfect sync.
Grouping the two Rooms will give an echo / delay for TV sources.
