Hi!
I have Sonos Arc + Sub 3rd Gen. + 2 Symfonisk as surrounds and now trying to buy new 65'' TV that works without issues with Sonos so I need advice what to buy (or what’s works for you for uncompressed Atmos).
This is what's important to me:
- TV has working/stable eARC, no issues, sound does not cut out etc. when playing uncompressed (TrueHD) Atmos from external source (HDD via TV USB OR HDD via nVidia Shield..., content is 4K TrueHD Atmos)
- must be 4K, price around or up to 2600$/EUR
- preferably not OLED (afraid of burn-in, I'm using subtitles all the time/alot), but if you know/have that kind of combo and it works ok please do recommend anyway :)
- VA panel if possible, good/great contrast and picture quality (good black levels, minimum blooming...)
- TV will be used in moderately lit room with some possibility of controlling room lighting
- streaming is not important because my internet connection is not so great
- only models that can be bought in Europe (or will be available soon)
