Best Audio settings for Sonos Beam + PS5?

Hoping someone can help - I have my PS5 connected to my Panasonic HX800 TV via HDMI. The Sonos Beam is then connected to the TV over ARC. In the PS5 settings should I be using PCM or Bitstream (Dolby) and can someone help me understand why one is better?

Thanks, I have searched around and can’t find a solid answer

With no Sub or surround speakers, either is probably fine.  Try them and see which you like.  With surrounds and/or Sub, bitstream gives full surround, PCM only stereo.
