Beam surround sound system. PCM vs DOLBY

I have just purchased the beam, two sonos ones as surround sound and it makes a massive difference to my TV experience so far BUT

 

My TV is a samsung smart tv and when I insert media, movie or via USB. I have two options of sound mode PCM and DOLBY DIGITAL

 

Which is best to get the best surround sound for my system

PCM will only do stereo, so Dolby Digital 5.1 is the preferred option if you want surround sound.
