My beam is working connected to a new-ish LG 4K tv via ARC. However the beam IR receiver doesn’t do anything with my remote controls and the beam is concealing my TV IR receiver. How can I fix this pass through

Same issue with my Beam, connected via HDMI ARC. Current work around is a stack of books for the TV to expose the emitter.

Have you turned simplink on your LG TV on?
Raised this problem myself but think found fix.

Go in via sonos app, settings>room settings>RoomName>TV>Remote control.

This got Beam IR to recognise remote control for volume changes.

This works thanks. I couldn't find it when looking before. It only works for volume which is a bit annoying but at least that works.

I think I might have to do this for the rest of the features as I use the TV menu a lot to access YouTube and Netflix in 4k natively.
My beam doesn't want to pair with my vu+ remote or with my phillips tv remote.
Press volume up 3 times and then it say i didnt press the button
