Beam IR sensor

Beam inbuilt IR sensor doesn’t appear to be receiving remote control signal to turn volume up down.

Tv sensor is partially obscured, but thought the Beam IR receiver would pass remote control though to TV.

With a Sony Bravia TV.

Hey Edward

I found the fix shortly after raising it. See below from another thread.

Raised this problem myself but think found fix.

Go in via sonos app, settings>room settings>RoomName>TV>Remote control.

This got Beam IR to recognise remote control for volume changes.

Hi, Hi-fi_lo-fi. May I ask if this has ever worked? Did you take it through the setup? If you hold it right up to the sensor, does it then work? Thanks in advance.
