Hey all. I’m wondering if anyone has had ARC issues with a Hisense TV. My sound is constantly bouncing from the Beam back to my tv speakers, and the audio issues are causing the video stream to pause, streaming apps to crash, the tv will reboot altogether, etc. I’ve been going back and forth with support for 3 months now. I’m about to tear my tv off the wall and go with another brand. Please help!

I’ve seen a handful of posts about people having issues with Hisense TVs over the last several years. I assumed from reading them that the implementation of HDMI-CEC isn’t 100% correct. I’d certainly make sure that you’ve updated the TV, but beyond that, I’d suggest you’d probably be better off talking with Hisense, rather than Sonos.
