If I play something from my arc connect to TV with HDMI and group arc with beam and One audio Is not in Sync. Probably Is not possibile to play audio in this way…

You are correct . Only speakers bonded as surrounds to any of the Sonos Home Theatre products (Arc, Beam, Playbase etc) will play in sync with that product.

+18This only occurs with TV-sound. Music from Sonos sources (i.e. Spotify, Tidal) should be in sync when speakers are grouped.
