Audio Issue when playing music - Sonos Arc Ultra + Sonos One

I recently set up a Sonos Arc Ultra with two Sonos One speakers as a surround system. However, I'm experiencing an issue where the sound from the rear speakers cuts in and out when playing music. I've tried reconnecting the speakers and rebooting the router, but the problem persists. Any suggestions on how to fix this? It's quite annoying to hear the music cutting in and out from behind me.

Are any of the speakers wired with an ethernet cable?

Hi GuitarSuperstar,

I just spoke with Tech Support and we did some troubleshooting -  there are no issues when connecting via Ethernet cable only when connected on Wifi.   I'm still puzzled because the router is right next to the Arc Ultra, yet the WiFi doesn’t seem to work well. I dont want to connect via Ethernet cable as I want to have Wired free with my Home Theatre system.

The Tech Staff couldn’t resolve the issue, so I plan to return the unit tomorrow to check if it’s a faulty one.

The router might be too close?

Unfortunately not. Have moved the router couple of times to different spots
