Thinking about picking up an arc, but I am seeing reviews that it’s not producing deep base without a standalone sub. Currently have playbase without sub, and quite happy with my setup. However wanted to get in the atmos bandwagon since I will be getting 2 era 300 as well. So what’s the verdict from the community?

Mine sounds decent for TV and music with just my Play 1 Surrounds but it sounds better with a Sub.
If your room is going to work with Atmos get a set and try things with the Sub on and off. You can return the Sub if you decide you don’t need it.
I haven’t heard the Arc but if you fine with the Playbar I can’t imagine the Arc would be worse especially teamed with the 300s.
