Arc sub quit working

My Sonos arc sub was working and sounding great until it stopped and “unpaired”, now nothing. I’ve tried everything;  reset the sub, reset the arc, deleted and re-uploaded the app..nothing will get the sub working. I get to the point it says “your sub has been added but may not appear in the systems tab. If so, unplug the power cord and plug it back in to finish setup from the systems tab.” Of course that’s not working. Anyone run into this issue? I’m really annoyed.

Welcome, thank you for reaching out to Sonos Community, We appreciate your time and effort in posting your concern here in our community.

Can you please try this in the following order:

  1. Take a diagnostic from the controller whilst in this state and make a note of the number.
  2. Then try :
    1. Force Quit the Sonos app and restart it
  3. If the issue persists
    1. Unplug the speaker from power and plug it back in, i.e., power cycle.
  4. If issue still persists
    1. Reboot router, and physically move the player closer to the router.
  5. Navigate back to System and finish setting up the speaker
