What are the best settings for a sonos arc and sub combination.  We are finding that the voices are faint and the music/action noises are overwhelming.  I have tried the speach enhancement but that makes the whole thing sound a bit 'tinnie'

Before this we had a pretty basic panasonic soundbase and to be honest that worked better.

I must be missing something.  This was an expensive outlay for me and my wife just wants to send it all back.

Turn on Night Sound and lower the bass on the EQ and Sub.

You could also turn on Speech Enhancement and reduce the treble in the EQ to lessen the tinniness.

Had this same issue watching The Prom on Netflix. Musical numbers were loud and dialogue was soft. I’ll try the night sound suggestion.
