I’ve enjoyed system for 2+ years and just recently experienced random loud popping noise out of ceiling surround speakers then sound stops out of ceiling speakers and goes down to minimal sound out of Arc.

Maybe try power-cycling both Sonos products and if that doesn’t fix it, then unbond the Amp from the HT setup and see if the Amp/speakers perform okay for music playback - if all seems well, then recreate the ‘bonded’ setup via the Arc room settings in the App and see how that goes. A further option, if practicable, might be to try the setup with the Arc (only) cabled to the router, but here’s hoping a simple reboot will resolve the issue for you.
