Arc lost connection to surround speakers

Hi all

i can’t connect my one in app or my arc for the surround sound did work but last week they stopped 

and when setting up it comes up with 

facing front of your Sonos ones tap the image below that matches the speaker playing the chime

dont understand anyone can help be great

Hi

Just to confirm, you need two speakers to setup surrounds.

 

and when setting up it comes up with 

facing front of your Sonos ones tap the image below that matches the speaker playing the chime

dont understand anyone can help be great

This is asking you to identify if the surround speaker is the left or right device.
