Arc centre speaker has cut out - only sides are working

Hi , I noticed that inside the arc the center speaker stop working and I only sound come out from  the left and right speaker of the arc . After a minute , the center come back 

I change the HDMI cable , power off completely the TV LG UF6450 ( lastest firmware ) 

the problem occurred 5-6 times per day

I would perhaps take a system diagnostic, maybe one with and one without the center speaker working and post the reference(s) back here and contact/chat to Sonos Support Staff via this LINK.

Just to add Kanokano, I’m just a user like yourself and if the Staff here don’t pickup the diagnostics reports, you will be best to follow the LINK in my initial post above and chat/contact with the support staff direct to see if your submitted reports reveal if there is a fault.
