Hi there,

I have my ARC connected via eARC with my LG C9 TV. All works pretty well. Planning now to get two One SL as surround. Question is, what happens with the surrounds when the input from TV is just two channels (say DD 2.0)? Are the surrounds muted or is the ARC sending something to them (e.g. the music)?

Thanks,

C.

Yes, adding surrounds to your Arc will give you a more immersive experience, even with stereo content. You won’t regret getting the two One SLs.

With stereo content, the same audio that is playing out of your Arc will play out of your surrounds but at a lower volume. You have the option to adjust the surround levels higher or lower in the Sonos app.
