I am buying an ark to provide soundfor my television. Well I also be able to use it to play music withmy other Sonos one speakers?

Yes.
You can Group the rooms with the speakers. There will be a small delay if you play the tv source to the Ones, but music will be in sync.
You could also use two of your Ones/One SLs as rear surround speakers to create a more immersive surround sound setup with the Arc:
