Does the newest Arc work with the newest Fios remote?

In most cases, when connected by ArC or eARC, the Arc is receiving volume commands from the TV itself across that connection, so the IR status is moot, unless you’re connecting the Arc via the optical adapter.
Thank you. Just so I understand… If I use the Arc vis wireless I am ok? But If I hook it up to TV with Optical I will have issues?
I’m not sure I understand your question. You can not connect an Arc wirelessly to a TV, it requires either an ARC / eARC HDMI connection, or an optical cable connection. In the former, it should receive commands via that HDMI cable, in the latter, your remote would need to send an IR signal.
