No. In fact you’ll lose a point of contact that helps generate the low end frequencies. Try placing the sub in different locations in your space. You can also increase the level in the app for the room it’s located in. I have my sub-mini in a corner using the floor and two walls.

Usually you would be better off just reducing the Sub's volume rather than trying to position it for reduced sound levels.
I’ve got it in a pretty good spot, was just curious what impact that might have on the sound. I appreciate the feedback.
