I have a Connect:Amp in my living room, with terrific speakers, that flank my TV. And as gorgeous as the sound from the Playbar is, I wouldn't mind using my Connect:Amp as Front L/R speakers, and have the Playbar just do Front Center and coordinating the whole setup. Alternatively, there might be people with Play:5s that they'd like to use as Front L/R speakers.

My feeling is that the following issue is not a duplicate of the present one: https://ask.sonos.com/sonos/topics/connect_amp_for_surround_channels_from_the_playbar I think It is not a duplicate because it specifically refers to using CONNECT:AMP for the rear speakers of a surround setup. Whereas the present request covers using CONNECT:AMP as the front speakers. At any rate, my need is identical to the original post, that I have a Connect:Amp in my living room, with terrific speakers, that flank my TV. I would like to use my Connect:Amp as Front L/R speakers, and have the Playbar just do Front Center.
In the same boat. Have a Connect (not AMP) driving my fronts, and a set of Play:1s I can use for rears. Would like to drop in a Playbar at some point and make use of all.
Same situation here. I have two front speakers and a sub connected to a Connect with a receiver. And two rear Sonos Ones. I’d like to use a play bar as a front center speaker.
