Hi all

The mute on my Arc is now lasting around 10/15 seconds after command atm & I've tried Everything I know to fix it.....Reset,Reaquire with no luck

Thanks for your post!

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system - they will be able to ascertain where the unmute command comes from. I suspect it may be a phone (via an app) or one of the other HDMI devices connected to the TV.
