I have 2 new One speakers and have added them to my sonos system as a pair. I am trying to add them as surround sound to my playbar but the app does not recognize them for surround sound. They work fine as a pair of stereo speakers in the room but I got them to add for surround sound. Any suggestions?

From memory yes. If that works you then want to set the surrounds to “full” under the system settings for your Playbase room for music playback.

Did you unpair them before trying to bond them as surrounds?

Thank you so much for your response. No, I did not. Should I unpair them and then try to add them as surround sound?
