No audio sonos ace

My Sonos ace headphones have stopped playing audio. I turned them on today and no audio has been played from them. When I put them on there is no chime and using any application on my iPhone there is no audio. The headphones still connect, but simply don’t work. I have factory tested them and restarted my phone as well. Nothing has worked.

Missing the basic chimes even after a factory reset isn't good, I'd call support.

I fixed it after I exited out of all of my tabs on my iPhone and MacBook. I don’t know why this worked, however I think one tab somehow made the headphones confused as to which input it should be using. Which is weird as I turned off multipoint connection so it shouldn’t have mattered. I’m pretty sure it was a google tab of the website Beatport, which I use to download music, that caused the confusion.
