won’t charge after new update

Update last week my Sonos Ace now have an issue battery won’t last even in off mode charge last night now try to use no battery at all. (Any tricks to resolve this issue?

I haven’t run into this issue, even after the last update. Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?
