Hi there anyone have issues with the wear detection of Sonos Ace?

 

was working great but starting a few day ago stop working even after resetting or turn off the device.

doesn’t matter what I am using as an interface, audiobook, Spotify, YouTube music or Sonos radio.

Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it.? I haven’t noticed an issue, but it isn’t a feature I pay attention to. Have you checked your headphones for updates?

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
