Hey - used Sonos Ace with my Arc Ultra 1st Gen to watch movies a lot and to date it’s been pretty good. Just done the firmware upgrade, switched on True Cinema and dialogue in action scenes in particular are really muffled. Even switching true cinema off doesn’t get me back to where I’ve been in the past. Anyone else finding the same?

Did you update the Sonos app AND the system firmware AND the Ace firmware? All three are needed.
Quit the app. Turn off your Arc Ultra. Turn off the Ace.
Turn on the Arc Ultra, let it boot up fully; then the Ace, then reopen the app.
See if that helps get things in line.
