When I wear my headphones, the audio becomes distorted, and when I remove them, the sound returns to normal. Does anyone know the reason behind this issue? I have the equalization settings set to default.

How are the headphones attached to the system? Which model headphones?

Since the tag is Ace, I assuming that’s the headphones for this case.  What source are you using for audio?  Are you listening via bluetooth or swapping TV audio?  Do you have ANC or Aware mode turned on?

I connect my Sonos Ace headphones to my device using a cable or Bluetooth.
