Sonos sent me an email asking me to write a review of the Ace. I spent a couple hours writing out a thorough and thoughtful review with lots of feedback. They haven’t posted it, and at this point it’s clear they have no intention to. So their review section is cherrypicked reviews, and the average rating is willfully biased.

Post it here.

Hi @zadio

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

I am unaware of the guidelines for these reviews as they are handled by a different team in a different department, but as @Stanley_4 says, you can post it here if you like - it’ll only get edited if it goes against our T&Cs (if it gets political or has swearing in it, for example). We’d love to hear your thoughts on the Ace headphones!

Does the review say “Disappointing - since they can't act as a Sonos zone - and expensive, especially compered to the likes of the superb Sony WH-1000XM5s. The software changes brought in to accomodate them have ruined Sonos’s reputation and driven many loyal customers away.”

You’re welcome.

No, I don't even know what a "Sonos zone" is

Still curious about your review. Maybe you could ad your experience the new features that where added last week?

The previous poster meant “room” instead of “zone” I think. Some miss this feature, I do not really.

Back when, Sonos used Zone instead of Room, which many of us found less confusing.

So you would have your Zone Player 80 as a Zone in your media room.

You could also have your Pair of Play 5s (one Zone) and a Play 3 (a second Zone) as Zones in your living room.
