As with any Sonos speakers, you can have different rooms playing different sources. Makes no difference if you’re listening to tv through Arc or Ace, other rooms/speakers can still play. 
Or do you mean Arc playing into the room whilst simultaneously listening on Ace? If the latter, then: no, not simultaneously.

Does Sonos Ace connect to my Sonos system?

Sonos Ace does not group in the same way your other Sonos speakers group. You can use Sonos Ace to swap TV audio back and forth with select soundbars. Learn more about the Sonos Ace home theater experience here
