The new Sonos Ace headphones won’t work with Windows 11. Device manager reports a new Unknown Device when pairing with Bluetooth or USB-C. Uninstalling, reinstalling, re-pairing, all result in the same Unknown Device. Completely unusable on Windows.

And just like that, the OTA update for the headphones pushed out today fixed the driver issue! Working great in Windows 11 now and paired with GoXLR and Voicemeeter Potato it’s my new favorite set of headphones.

My ACE is well recognized in Windows 11 via Bluetooth but when I want to listen to some audio I just get some sparks of sound but no fluid audio. Also the microphone isn’t working properly. Is this only occurring withe me or is this just a problem on my PC?

Via cable with 3,2 jack sound is oke but the microphone doesn’t work at all.

The update has no effect.

What is the problem here?

Have latest Windows 11 update installed.
