Is anyone else finding that you can triple press the control on your Soons Ace to go back to start of song when your using Apple Music but not Pandora?

I have a similar situation when running from inside Sonos the Pandora app, I get this "no rewind”but if I start Pandora on my phone and "cast”out to my speakers, then I can rewind.

I am still having compatability issues with this new app (year+ old) and my system, TV, etc (11 pieces and now headphones.) 

 

In the end of this squirrel behavior of subjects… I cannot get to my Sonos library on with Ace, so cannot test backwards. Pandora is not working, Apple music is working… 

Appreciate other's music apps and if or if they are not "rewinding”on a triple press.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble getting the previous track option to work with Pandora. The button controls should work the same for every music service, as the Ace has no way to differentiate between different music services, so I’m not sure why it’s working for Apple Music and not Pandora.

All I can find regarding this is a thread on Pandora’s community that suggests going back to the previous track isn’t possible on the lockscreen, but that thread was from 2020, so it may well have changed. It’s also possible that Pandora have disabled this feature in the Sonos app so that it’s only available in the Pandora app.

I don’t have access to Pandora here in the UK, so I would recommend reaching out to our support team for further assistance, as they have the necessary tools available and access to Pandora to help you troubleshoot this issue.
