sonos ace sound issue

I recently purchased the Sonos Ace headphones and I’am getting sound like a record skipping when on tv swap, especially with Apple TV 4K

I’m having the same issue. The record skipping sound is driving me insane. Not a pleasant experience. Sadly, I see you have yet to receive a reply. So I’ll continue to search for answers. Or sit on hold for two hours waiting for a support member to tell me to reset my devices.

I know, it’s very frustrating. I love Sonos gear and never had any real issue before, but the app, as nice as the UI is has been a disaster and it appears to have been released early to facilitate the Ace launch, this I think means the headphones are still in beta phase, so bugs are still being ironed out. I would think future updates will address these issues but it would be nice to have some clarity from Sonos. As for support, lacking I would say 🙄
