I purchased 2 pair of Ace headphones and trying to return one of them. The pair I’m returning I also purchased the 1yr warranty. When I try to submit the Money Back Guarantee form on the Sonos website, I get an error message saying it can’t be returned online with a link to Create Support Case. I received an email in about 10min saying “I understand that you've contacted us regarding the extender warranty on your most recent order with us. I'll do my best to help you with your request.” Just want to submit a return. Anyone else having this issue?
