Sonos ACE low volume when connected to USBC -USBC

The volume is very low using USBc USBc connection on the iPhone. 
The volume of the Sonos app and the volume of Apple Music are not synchronized. I can turn up the volume in the Sonos app. This is very strange. Some solution?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with low volume when using your Sonos Ace via USB-c.

When listening to wired audio on Sonos Ace, you’ll also want to adjust the volume of the Ace, mentioned under the ‘Low volume when listening to analog audio’ section of the linked article. You shouldn’t need to use the Sonos app to do this, but the Content Key on the Ace instead.

If you’re listening to your own uploaded tracks on Apple Music and it’s still quiet after adjusting the volume as mentioned above, try another service or officially uploaded tracks to check if you have low volume across other services or content.
