When using TV Swap with the Ace on both the Arc and & Arc Ultra the Ace constantly cuts out every 1-2 minutes for 5-20 seconds.

Have reset and update both the Arc and Arc Ultra.  When trying each Arc, the Ace headphones were factory reset and added as new device to the Sonos app, then set to a specific Arc for TV Swap.

Got the Ace yesterday and thought they would be seamless and easy given I have (x7) Amps, (x4) Arcs, (x3) Subs, Arc Ultra, Beam and (x2) Move 2.

Make sure you have updated the app and system as there are updates available. Do not factory reset your speakers.

Also, connect your Ace to your device and check for the latest update. The Ace update is not part of the App and System updates.

There’s a possibility there’s some sort of interference. I assume you are using the Ace in close proximity to your Arc or other soundbars. If the problem persists I suggest you run a diagnostic within 10 minutes of the next occurrence.

Was able to resolve the TV Swap cut out by factory resetting not only the two Arcs but also the accompanying Amps and Subs.  After adding the two Arcs with surround speakers and subs, TV Swap on the Ace now works perfectly with both Arcs.
