Hi, just bought the Sonos Ace today.

when i wear them, even when shutdown or started, the left ear is doing like a crack noise everytime I move my head.

 

This is very disturbing, is there something wrong I’m doing ?

If it happens when powered off it is likely a defect in the headband or cup arms. Try wriggling the various bits and see if you can locate the issue. Less likely is something loose inside the ear cup, a bit of shaking might identify it.

In any case call support and request a return if it can't be solved.

it seems the noise only hapen when i put my ear on it and it is air sealed

if il put my finger to let some air pass, the noise stop, i’ll see with support then 😭
