Hello, I have some Sonos ACE and even if I have the usage detection function active, it doesn't work. If I take off the headphones, the music doesn't pause. What can I do?

I had the same issue when I first received my Ace headphones.
FYI: I applied all of the Ace headphones updates and the wear detection has now worked consistently for me since.
