I've noticed that the 'PPreviousand next Song' button on Sonos Ace isn't working. It doesn't respond when I try to use it. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and are there any solutions or workarounds? Thanks in advance for your help!"

Hi @Appietje

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of the issue you are having on your Ace headphones with the next/previous controls not working.

Please note that “WiFi mode” (when paired with a compatible Sonos soundbar, correctly named TV Audio Swap), the next/previous buttons are not expected to operate.

They should operate when connected through Bluetooth, but it does depend on the host device accepting the commands (so a TV may ignore them, for example).

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

I hope this helps.

Are you using the Ace in bluetooth or WiFi mode? Is there a difference?
