I have just received my ace headphones and can't believe I can't play music via the sonos app. What a joke, the app literally just allows access to the settings. 

Along with next to no functionality with Android devices I feel really let down by Sonos. How long have they known they were releasing headphones and they come out with this s##t show. 

Since your question can only be answered by Sonos themselves, I’m not sure what this user community can offer. A bit of sympathy, perhaps - though some would say you should have done better research. Still, you can return the Ace if you’re within the 30 day period?
