Hola, I bought last week two Sonos Ace (black and white) thinking that it was possible to use them to watch tv together with my partner. But NO, is not the case. Unfortunately is not possible. Only one can use the Sonos Ace to enjoy theatre and films on TV.
When it would be possible this option and when will have the new update with that?

How do you know it was a choice, not a technical limitation?
I want to be honest and I only know what the Sonos support told me !!!

Which doesn’t say anything about it being a technical limitation or a choice of the manufacturer.
I prefer to enjoy together with no limitations

I doubt that was an employed making a guess on this, but rather market data. I am doubtful of the market data, or perhaps that Sonos Ace may actually change how people want to use headphones for TV audio.
Again though, I have no idea if there is a technical limitation.
