New Sonos Ace doesn't show under my System

Just picked up a pair of Ace.  I’m impressed thus far.  

My question is why the Ace doesn’t appear under my ‘System’ with all my other Sonos gear?  Is there a way to add it?

I’d also like to purchase the extended warranty for them.  Does anyone know how to do that?

Ace only appears as part of your sonos environment when it's active, i.e., turned on.

TY - It’s showing up there.  I was using chat this morning and the CSR said in order to add an extended warranty I would need to add it from my system.  Not sure if I was given the wrong information.

Try connecting the Ace and checking the available device settings in the app.

I was actually just on that link.  I’m in Canada and can’t see my Ace under my profile.  

It says “Extend for products you already own through your account.” -- but I can’t see them in my account.
