I’m not getting anywhere near 30 hours of playback life with my new Sonos Ace headphones.  Maybe 10 if I’m lucky and a lot worse than even my 5 year old Bose QCs.  
 

I’m turning them off after using - is there anything else that could be draining these?   The app is a hot mess so I’m not even using that - just regular BT connection through iPhone and MacBook. 

Maybe there is a firmware update that will improve battery life? You can try searching through the Sonos App.

After the update submit a series of diagnostic reports spaced a couple hours apart. If the issue persists you can then contact SONOS support.
