Mic Mute Feature

I see a thread from two years ago regarding adding a mic mute feature for the Ace during phone/teams/zoom calls.

Is this feature in the works? That's definitely a requirement for anyone taking or placing calls on the Ace or Ace Ultra.

Do you mean a feature where you will be able to mute the Sonos Ace and Sonos Ace Ultra microphone by using the physical buttons? If possible, can you please expand on the request?

You can always use the “Mute microphone” button when using applications that provide it, such as Teams/Zoom etc.

I’ve marked this thread as a feature request and forwarded it to the appropriate teams for consideration.

    Yes, the ability when stepped away from the computer, a way to mute and unmute the ace/Ace Ultra Microphone with a press (or series of presses) of a physical button on the headphones to mute and unmute.

    Or when on a phone call as well using the headphones if needed. 

    It seems this is the only device with a microphone I've used that doesn't have a way to mute it's own microphone, never really had to think about it, they're just always there.
