headphone has no oomf

Just got my Sonos ace and the quality is great. Only problem is the sound is not loud enough for me. Any suggestions?

What’s the source of the feed to these headphones? I’d be looking at trying to turn that up, especially if the source is coming through via Bluetooth. 

Alternately, you could try a call to Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Interesting. Have you tried turning up the volume on your TV? Or calling Sonos directly?
